UK orders are all shipped with Next Day Delivery, but orders must be placed before midday to ensure delivery the following business day. If placed any later, our courier typically guarantees delivery within 48h.

For all non-domestic orders, shipping is managed by our cross-border logistics partner Global-e. Suitable local couriers will be selected based on the destination.

Please note that you must select the correct country via our country selector in order to shop in your local currency and qualify for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). If your order is placed through a store channel that does not correspond to your delivery destination, then you may be liable to pay duties and taxes on delivery.

EU

All orders will ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to European countries. Duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement.

USA

Customers will not be asked to pay any duties and/or taxes. All orders will ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Please be advised that Sales Tax (varying by State) will still be charged and therefore visible at the checkout.

Rest of World (ROW)

Duties and taxes are invoiced at checkout. You, the customer, are liable for all charges.

Customers in ROW locations who return their orders for a refund are responsible for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. We are unable to refund the customs fees, however we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.

Please note that if you refuse a package on delivery, you will be liable to cover all shipping costs.

As this product is shipped directly from our stores, please allow an additional 5-7 working days for your delivery. This is precautionary, and we will do our very best to honour our typical lead times.

Given the nature of our partnership with Romo, some cushions may not be stocked with Temperley at all times. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled by us, we will source the product from Romo directly. Our team will be in touch with an adjusted delivery time if this is the case.

We assure you that all orders to an EU country are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and you are not expected to pay any additional taxes when receiving your order.

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 5-7 days, pending customs clearance.

Mexico

Due to a maximum value threshold of 1,000 USD for courier shipments, we are unable to support deliveries for items of that value or higher to Mexico. Should you wish to purchase an item over this value, you are liable for arranging a brokerage service that is supported by an import licence.
