1. Create an Account
Download the app and create an account. Ensure all your details are correct should the NIFT rider need to contact you.
2. Place Order
Start shopping Temperley London on the NIFT app. Complete your purchase and leave any delivery instructions for your NIFT rider.
3. Store to Door Delivery
Your order will be carefully packed by our retail team and handed to your NIFT rider. Track your order in-app and enjoy store to door delivery in under 90 minutes.

NIFT is a subscription based model. Customers can choose between a monthly plan of £23.99, which includes 4 free deliveries per month, or an annual plan of £149.99, which includes 5 free deliveries per month.
This is currently available in all 32 London boroughs.
Simply follow our usual returns process via our Returns Portal.
Please note, all returns must be shipped within 30 days from the original delivery. Our standard Returns Policy applies on all orders, and we do not accept returns in-store.
