Temperley Bridal FAQs
The bridal collection price point ranges from 2,000 GBP–10,000 GBP with most dresses falling between 3,000 GBP–4,000 GBP. Please note this cost does not include alterations which most dresses will need to achieve a perfect fit.
As part of our bridal collection, we also offer accessories such as veils and headpieces. These range between 200 GBP–1,000 GBP except for very detailed veils at 2,300 GBP.
Any customisation requests will increase the pricing and will need to be discussed with your stylist during your appointment.
For our made to order collection, upon placing your order it can take between 4-6 months. This excludes alterations which most bridal dresses will require to get the perfect fit. Kindly note that all our veils and accessories are also made to order.
We also offer an edit of bridal styles which are available to purchase in store immediately, alongside our eveningwear collection which many of our brides also favour. Your stylist will talk you through all options based on your wedding date during your consultation.
Yes, for some clients we realise that the production times may not be suitable. In order to aid with more urgent requests, we can endeavour to reduce lead times for a rush service fee, subject to the style. Please note that this is not a guarantee, and can only be achieved on select dresses. We encourage you to place bridal requests as early as possible to ensure the most enjoyable experience for you during the order and appointment schedule.
Upon confirming the chosen dress, you will be measured by a stylist. The dress will then be ordered to your closest standard UK size between UK6-18.
Alterations will often be required to achieve a perfect fit, or to make any preferential adjustments such as length.
All alterations are carried out by a skilled seamstress for an additional fee. These are charged at 30
GBP per hour or 40 GBP per hour for rush alterations.
Average costs are between 150–350 GBP.
Yes, we do. Alice Temperley works directly with brides on bespoke dresses and only takes on a limited number of clients per year. This one-to-one service begins with an in-person meeting at our Somerset flagship and design studio. This process can take between 6 to 9 months. Following the consultation, a sketch of the dress will be provided and bespoke fabric swatches will be reviewed.
All bespoke dresses are made to measure, and prices start from 10,000 GBP. To proceed with an appointment, we require a non-refundable 2,500 GBP deposit. The deposit goes towards the cost of the service and final bespoke dress.
We can accommodate up to 3 guests plus the Bride.
Besides our flagship store in London, you can request your appointment to be in our headquarters in Somerset, or visit one of our worldwide Bridal Stockists. We also offer complimentary virtual appointments with clients worldwide, which is a great way to first see the offering of dresses. A trunk show is an exclusive event that is hosted by a stockist of the brand. These events immerse you in experiencing the World of Temperley bridal by seeing an extended edit of the bridal collection local to you, alongside special touches brought to you by the boutique and brand.
