Set in Phoenix Studios, in the main square of the picturesque town of Ilminster, the 22,000-square-foot Victorian building houses the Temperley headquarters: the brand’s design atelier, training workshop and flagship store, which offers both current collections and archive pieces, as well as Bridal and our exclusive brand outlet, where you can sift through past season treasures.

Bridal Flagship
We welcome you to our Bridal flagship store in Somerset. A treasure trove of the finest bridalwear. Made-To-Order and Bespoke options are available by appointment here. Based in the heart of the picturesque West Country, we host bridal parties and events to make it an unforgettable experience.
Temperley London
Outlet
The exclusive brand Outlet is a new addition to our flagship store in Somerset, established in October 2023. Consistent with the new business model and our no-sale pledge, this dedicated outlet is the only domestic destination for reduced Temperley London stock. Inventory is refreshed weekly, and visitors are bound to find charming gems from past seasons.
Appointment Services
The store offers by-appointment personal shopping appointments, home delivery, consignments and bespoke appointments.
Temperley Bridal is by-appointment only, with exception for Bridal Ready-to-Wear, which can be accessed during our main store opening times.

Direct 2-hour trains from London regularly arrive and depart from Taunton TA1 1QW. Alternative stations include Crewkerne TA18 8AN or Axminster EX13 5PF, each a brief Taxi journey away from us. Whilst Uber does not operate in the West Country, plenty of local Taxi services are at hand.
