Responsibility is an important part of our business at Temperley London. We are working hard to find solutions to the environmental and social challenges facing the fashion industry today – from our sourcing and production processes to our retail offerings. In 2018, our efforts were recognised by Positive Luxury, which awards its Butterfly Mark to brands that are committed to responsible business practices and mindful design. We are committed to creating exceptional products. We integrate innovation and creativity into the heart of our company, using our expertise to choose high-end materials, create exemplary designs and produce quality garments with care.

Temperley London Fabrics
We are continuously striving towards implementing more eco-friendly fabrics in our collections. Almost all of our fabrics are derived from natural fibres that are bio-degradable. We work closely with our suppliers to avoid using fabrics containing harmful chemicals.
Temperley London on Waste
Temperley London is committed to only producing the amount of garments needed in order to reduce the waste of raw materials. We will only produce more if customer-demand requires it. Any stock or materials that are left over are always given another home, whether that be a charity or school – nothing is wasted.
Temperley London on Recycling
We are working closely with our supply chain and internally to move all of our packaging towards bio-degradable options where feasible. All other packaging is 100% recyclable and we will not use single-use plastic in our packaging. We will always re-use, donate or sell excess stock with benefits going to charity; with left-over fabrics going to various schools within Tower Hamlets in London as well as Women for Women of which Alice Temperley is an ambassador.
Ethical Supply Chain
We have a long term relationship with our manufacturers who are loyal and support us in our endeavours. We visit our factories and suppliers annually to ensure that production methods continue to follow our guidelines and code of conduct. By having this document, we can safeguard our responsibility to be ethically and socially responsible.
