This Bridal version of the Gene dress, from the Spring 21 collection, is embellished with an array of crystal stones, delicate cording, sequins and metallic tubes. A graphic appliqué of light georgette diamonds covers the bodice and flows down onto a fluted tulle skirt. Each diamond panel is framed with a delicate lattice of ivory cording and hand guided stitch. The tessellating geometric composition of pearl lined lattices graduates into sequin panelling on the skirt - the effect intended to mimic the faceted, prism-like forms of quartz crystals. The sleeve has a delicate puff shoulder and high-necked collar with a back neck-tie, making for a modern and contemporary embellished Bridal option.
