Violetta Dress

A delicately placed embellishment frames the waist and hips of this elegant Italian viscose acetate crepe back satin gown. The inspiration for the artwork draws from Art Nouveau framework imagery present in Parisian theatres at the turn of the 20^th Century, the era of the Ballet Russes. Pearlescent sequin carnations are outlined with mother of pearl micro-tubes, with metallic and mother of pearl cut tubes contouring over the hipline to meet at the centre back. The dress has a slim neck-tie, an open back and softly draped sleeves.
