You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so.

Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions and, except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not accept any responsibility for any amendments or changes we periodically make to the information contained in our website, and we reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or the information in this website at any time.

Due to Brexit we are currently experiencing delays with some international orders. Our web fulfilment center is in the UK, and as a result of the UK no longer being part of the European Union, delivery duties and taxes are now added to shipments.  

Temperley London will deliver European Union orders DDP (duties, delivered paid) if the customer has shopped through the correct store channel. For orders to be delivered DDP in the EU please choose your European country via our country switcher, this will ensure you shop in Euros and receive your order DDP. If orders are placed through other store channels in non-Euro currencies customers may be liable to pay duties and taxes on delivery.

Processing your Return

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you may simply exchange or return the item(s) using our complimentary returns service. Please follow the instructions below.

You have 14 days to exchange or refund your item(s) for a different colour or size and 14 days for sale or discounted items. *Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Please Note: we do not cover the cost to return sale items (£25 EU, £45 USA, and £55 ROW), once we receive your return the amount will be deducted from your refund. We offer complimentary return for full priced items.

  • UK & EU: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit Transition, we kindly ask for you to please contact our Customer Care team through email to organize your return/exchange. Once contacted, you will receive a response within 24-48 hours to organise a collection at the earliest convenience.
  • ROW: If you are returning from outside of the UK or EU please use the commercial labels in your order and drop off your return or arrange collection via FedEx, you can also contact customer service to arrange this.
  • Once your collection has been arranged kindly return your item(s) unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in the original packaging
  • You can log into your account to view your orders or status of your return.

We encourage our customers to please kindly allow 7-10 working days for your refund to settle.

Our Online Customer Care Team will be able to process refunds in line with our standard policy. We will do our best to ensure prompt refund payment, but there may be a delay, so we ask for your understanding. Sale Items

Sale items are refundable within 14 days of receipt and in sellable condition. Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer unless the customer has notified customer service.

Please Note: we do not cover the cost to return sale items (£25 EU, £45 USA, and £55 ROW), once we receive your return the amount will be deducted from your refund. We offer complimentary return for full priced items.

International Returns

For International returns ( IRE, AUS, US, HK and Rest of the World)

  • ROW: If you are returning from outside of the UK or EU please use the commercial labels in your order and drop off your return or arrange collection via FedEx, you can also contact customer service to arrange this.

Faulty items

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their labels may not be accepted and could possibly be sent back to the customer. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a quality-controlled check by our packing team. In the event your order is received damaged or faulty, please provide pictures and a detailed email including your order number to our customer service online@temperleylondon.com as soon as your order has been received.

Please note, that the removal of security tags will be taken as evidence of use and the item cannot be returned in these circumstances. Failure to comply with the above regulations (including the conditions of return), we have the right to deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Item(s) up to the full price of the item(s).

Exchanges (Requesting to exchange)

To exchange your order, you will need to initiate your returns and send back your unwanted item a) by clearly filling in your return order invoice, b) by getting in touch with our Customer Service team via email or by phone.

Please note, we can only offer an exchange for the same style ordered, in an alternative size/ colour and subject to availability of stock upon receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Services at online@temperleylondon.com for any further questions.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, 2000

In addition to our returns service, if based in the EU, you are entitled to the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your order, this is under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, 2000 (DSR’s). Written notice of cancellation of your order must be sent via email to online@temperleylondon.com and we will provide you with delivery details. You will be responsible for returning your order to us.

Orders cancelled under the DSR do not qualify for our complimentary returns service and we recommend you send the order back under an insured service that can be tracked. Undelivered orders are not the responsibility of temperleylondon.com.

To cancel your order under the DSR your order must be returned complete and remain unworn with the tags attached. We shall refund the standard delivery charge in addition to your order unless a part of your order is returned whereby we shall refund only the items returned, excluding the standard delivery charge.

Incorrect/Faulty Goods

Temperley London prides itself on outstanding quality and design. We have a dedicated team who regularly conducts quality checks of stock to verify the good condition of products. If you suspect that you have received a product with some kind of flaw or fault then please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible quoting your order reference number, we will advise how to proceed with the return.

If your item was purchased at one of our UK or international stockists you will need to return the item to the store it was purchased and liaise with them directly.

If you are returning goods to Temperley London for repair or replacement then please ensure you have previously discussed this with a member of our staff to ensure you receive the best possible care and advice. We cannot be held liable for any undelivered returns.

Please note that goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. We cannot be held liable for faults or flaws that develop after this time.


Our sale and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or store credit code(s) issued. The sale or promotional code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit and any balance resulting from the use of the discount code will not be refunded or credited. Sale season promotion is only valid on orders placed from the start of Sale and until the promotion ends.

Temperley London reserves the right to withdraw or disable the discount code or promotion at any time and/or change these terms and conditions and/or any other terms and conditions applicable to the discount code at any time, in each case, without notice and without liability. 

Discount codes or offers cannot be applied on Temperley Bridal.

Website and Goods

Special care has been taken in assuring that the colour of all products on our website matches the real product colour as accurately as possible. As different computer resolutions may indicate slight variation in sharpness and clarity of the colours, we are unable to guarantee the exact product colour as seen on screen. We endeavour to ensure that all information on temperleylondon.com is accurate and correct at all times and will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that such an error has affected your purchase, please contact us at online@temperleylondon.com. We must stress, this does not admit liability on Temperley London’s part Be aware that:

• the colours shown on our website will vary depending on a range of factors including your computer screen and display settings

• sizes and measurements are an approximate guide

• all goods are subject to availability which means we may not be able to supply your order until we have checked our stocks

• delivery timings are estimates only and whilst we endeavour to get the item to you as soon as possible please allow the maximum time as set out in our delivery section

• goods and promotions which are offered on our website may not always be available and we will update these periodically


It is your responsibility to ensure that your login, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.

Temperleylondon.com and its Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law and your agreement with them is an agreement by UK law.


Offers, Discounts and Promotions

We may from time to time offer exclusive discounts or offers to you. Our usual Terms and Conditions apply, in addition to specific Terms and Conditions relevant to the offer which we shall state.


Pre-Order Purchases

At Temperley London we are committed to fulfilling each order with prompt delivery. From time to time, we offer exclusive pre-orders on certain products and new collections. 

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated shipping date for goods will be communicated on the product page, this date may be subject to change. If you place an order with pre-order items and in-stock items, you will receive separate shipments and shipment confirmations when each item is dispatched.

When will I be charged?

When you place a pre-order with a credit or debit card, your card will be authorised and charged in full, to secure your order.

What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items?

If you order products that are in-stock along with pre-order items, you will receive multiple shipments: we will ship you the in-stock item as soon as possible, and the pre-order item when it becomes available.

What happens if I order multiple pre-order items?

If you order more than one pre-order item, and they have different shipping dates, they may be sent individually or together at the later shipping date. This depends on the estimated inbounding date.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order prior to dispatch notification. If your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel.

Can Temperley London cancel your order?

Temperley London reserves the right to cancel your order, decline to accept orders where, in its opinion invalid details for your order has been provided. If we receive a high volume of orders and we are unable to fulfil due to unforeseen circumstances. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of changes as soon as possible.

What if I want to return a pre-order item?

Our regular return policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive your item from your order to return any items from your order. For ease of return processing, we recommend only making one return shipment, subject to additional products ordered that are not within pre-order category. Our usual 14 day return policy will apply.

Temperley London reserves the right to (i) cancel this Promotion, amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to customers).

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Temperley London is final.

This service is currently not available however we will be introducing it soon.

The safety of our team and customers is of importance to us and with this in mind, our online store, temperleylondon.com, will remain open 24/7 and with heightened health and safety measures in place. Due to the current Coronavirus Pandemic, delivery times may be affected and you may experience a slight delay receiving your order. However, all orders will have free shipping and an extended returns policy which you can find here. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated with any changes.

Customers shopping in mainland UK and countries within the European Union (EU) are required to pay UK VAT at the current rate. Customers shopping in USD and shipping to the United States will have their orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and will not be liable for customs duties and taxes. Customers shopping in RoW (Rest of World) locations including the Channel Islands will have their orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be liable for customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement. Please note that if you refuse a package on delivery you will be liable to cover all shipping costs.

We currently ship all orders (excluding UK, EU and US orders placed in USD) DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs duties and taxes shall be invoiced once the item has cleared customs, either prior to or after delivery dependent on your location and you will be invoiced via the courier service. Some countries may require you to hire a broker. You, the customer, are liable for all charges. Customers in RoW locations who return their orders for a refund to temperleylondon.com are responsible for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. Temperleylondon.com is unable to refund the customs fees however we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.

Our ‘Collect in Store’ service is available from our London boutiques only. Your items will be delivered to store within 3-5 working days of placing your order and you shall receive a notification once ready for collection. Your order will be available to collect for 10 days only after this time it shall be returned to our warehouse for a refund. To collect in store you will need to bring proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email, as well as personal identification.You may either return your items to store or have the items collected via our returns service. Our 'Return to Store' service is available with our London boutiques only. Items can only be returned to store if they have been prearranged with our Customer Care team or via our website. We are unable to process your refund in store; your items will be returned to our warehouse where they will be processed for refund or exchange. We are only able to refund you via the method of payment.

Any products or services on Temperleylondon.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on temperleylondon.com at the time you place your order.

Temperley Home products are eligible for refund within 14 days after the order has been received. We offer complimentary shipping however customers are responsible for the cost of returns for Temperley Home. In the unlikely event that products are received faulty the product may be returned for exchanges or refund.

Return for exchange products must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service when doing so.

All homeware pieces need to be returned to our flagship store in London: 27 Bruton Street, W1J 6QN, United Kingdom Temperley will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or third party retailers Please note:
