Vice President of Global Press

As Vice President of Global Press you will be responsible for the international relationship management with the media, developing and executing the PR strategy and delivery plan, measuring results to demonstrate a positive return on investment. 


Develop and execute the brand's public relations strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy

Act as key contact point with the media in the UK and Internationally

Manage our Press Agency relationship and the deliveries  

Manage and collaborate with our Franchise Partners PR departments in the Middle East

Managing PR Co-ordinator(s) and ensuring the smooth running of our press office

Manage and monitor our Press Clipping Agencies with internal monthly media coverage report and analysis 

Pitch and manage editorial coverage that includes product/channel launches, facilitating feature stories, media replies and arranging for samples, content and photography to be supplied

Working closely with relevant digital communities and developing key relationships with online editorial contacts

Manage the execution of our Fashion Show twice a year during LFW

Manage and execute press events in our showrooms London, Paris and New York

Develop and implement a PR events programme to support the delivery of marketing and business objectives

Write and distribute press releases and 'sell in' stories to key target media channels

Develop relationships with brand ambassadors, manage their involvement and recognise and reward in line with the marketing strategy

Develop the relationship with key blogger community both locally and in key markets. Ensure they are provided with content and messaging at the right time

Maintain the PR database of all relevant local, regional and international media 

Overseeing weekly/monthly brand reports with PR Co-ordinator

Inventory management of the PR press collection 

Budget management skills with experience in communicating with Senior Management and inputting to a PR strategy/marketing plan

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic and should be a strong brand ambassador in the media circles


Minimum 5 years of experience at the top end of the UK and International press arena local and regional 

Experience in Consumer PR, ideally within fashion & lifestyle fields

Degree or certification in media, journalism, PR or related field

English: Excellent written and spoken required

French: Preferable but not necessary
