Temperley London Spring ’15 Collection

The brand new Spring 15 collection embraces a whole new attitude with a shift in focus towards daywear, separates and layering, creating an overall feeling of stylish, effortless dressing.

Alice took inspiration for Spring ’15 from a photography book picked up on Portobello Market, featuring the photographs of African portraitist Seydou Keïta. Keïta’s skill lay in the ability to ‘electrify’ an image mixing and layering clashing geometrics and had a fascination with ornamentation, in an aesthetic similar to Alice’s. This influence can be seen throughout the collection from graphic textile design to rich jacquards and appliqués.

Tailoring is key for Spring ‘15 with three piece suits playing an important role in creating daytime chic, worn as a set or mixed as separates the pieces are made from textured Italian jacquard and Prince of Wales check. For a strong tailored look, the suits are perfectly paired with signature Temperley crisp cotton shirts that showcase a fresh silhouette.
