PA / Office Manager

We are looking for a PA/ Office Manager to support the Creative Director on personal and all business related matters. They will also support the President and CFO/COO on all business related matters and to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Temperley London office. 


• Complex diary management for both the Creative Director, President and CFO/COO

• Assist Creative Director with calendar management of Design Team co-ordination of Critical Path / monitor holiday requests and manage expenses 

• Managing the design budget

• Co-ordination of business travel for Creative Director / President – providing detailed itineraries for all trips

• Provide all aspects of organizational and administrative support for the Creative Director. 

• Organisation of post, invites, thank yous and gifting. 

• Oversee personal VIP orders and requests from Creative directors private lists.

• Organizing and coordinating all meetings and conference calls for Creative Director, President and CFO/COO 

• Main point of contact for the management team for all Temperley employees

• Use initiative to provide Creative Director, President and CFO/COO with all necessary background information, papers and agendas prior to a meeting or event e.g. Board and Management meetings

• Accurate and objective minute taking and appropriate follow up actions made post meetings

• Manage FOT (Friends of Temperley) database – manage guest lists for shopping events / parties / shows

• Liaise with Nanny to co-ordinate diary around school events  / organize all for Creative Director 

• Ad hoc project work as and when required – show, sample sales and company events

Office Coordinator duties:

• Facilities admin; liaise with contractors to maintain the building, scheduling and managing the repair process and building good relationships with suppliers

• Ensuring all office supplies (stationery, refreshments etc) are maintained and regularly stock checked for the whole company. 

• Diary management for Maintenance Consultant and liaise with the Warehouse Manager regarding the driver schedule to drive cost effectiveness

• Direct dealing with the cleaners and ensuring they know what needs doing

• Calendar editor for all meeting rooms

• Good writing, communication and representative skills

• Ability to interact with professionals at all levels and maintain relationships 

• Good IT skills

• The ability to problem solve without supervision
