International Sales Manager

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious sales manager who wants to be part of the driving force behind our growth strategy within wholesale.

This role will work closely with the SVP Global Sales to define the international wholesale strategy and the sales plan.

He/she will be responsible for positioning the brand within department stores and multibrands internationally as well as achieving sales targets seasonally. 
Excellent relationships with major wholesale partners is key. 


Define the distribution plans with SVP Global Sales accordingly to brand positioning and yearly sales target

• Identify sales opportunities in new or under-represented geographic regions, and ensure brand is appropriately positioned within those regions

• Sell Collection to all wholesale stores and potentials ensuring targets are met seasonally

• Negotiate budgets and positioning within the floor

• In season support with training, stock swaps, reorders, incentives

• Contribute to maintaining budgets/projections and create business review on feedback after market

• Submit weekly sales report to management team including sell-through figures and implement solutions to foster sales

Skills & Requirements:

• 3-5 years luxury fashion wholesale sales experience

• Preference with experience dealing with a womenswear brand with a fashion show

• Tenacious, assertive and determined attitude

• Good negotiation and presentation skills

• Willing to travel

• Dedicated, hard working and committed

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are paramount

• Key skills: Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
