Do you take a booking fee for 1st appointments?

We only take a booking fee of £20 for a Saturday appointment. We don’t charge for weekday appointments.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule

If you need to cancel your 1st appointment, we will of course refund the fee as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Alternatively if you need to reschedule your appointment please contact us

My wedding is within 6 months – do I have enough time?

It takes 5-6 months order time but we like to leave room for fittings as well. To talk to someone in the boutique about lead times please call 0207 2298684 or email bridal@temperleylondon.com and one of our bridal experts can help you

What price do your dresses start from?

Our bridal dresses start at £2000. Our bridal collection has 40 different styles to choose from. Our veils and accessories start from £225

How many guests can I bring to the appointment?

You can bring a maximum of 2 guests as we are a small boutique. If you wish to bring more than 2 guests please speak to one of our bridal specialists who will accommodate your request

Which is the closest tube station to the Notting Hill Bridal Boutique?

Notting Hill Gate (Central Line) is the nearest tube and it is a 10 min walk. Alternatively Ladbroke Grove ( Hammersmith and City and Circle Line) is a 11 min walk

What’s is the lead time for your dresses?

5-6 months lead time but we also do rush orders so please call the bridal boutique on 0207 229 8684 or email bridal@temperleylondon.com and one of our bridal experts can help you

Do you have off the Peg dresses available if I have a short lead time?

Yes, we have a small selection available

Do you stock Bridal accessories?

Yes, we stock a wide range of Temperley bridal veils, hair accessories and bridal belts

What is the payment procedure

Payment is made in full at the time of placing your order. Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all sales are therefore final

Do you offer a bespoke bridal service?

Yes, we do offer a bespoke service. For more information about a bespoke bridal dress please email nishanb@temperleylondon.com
