We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to add to our dynamic team at our Bicester Village outlet store. This is a full time position.
The role involves:
- Selling Temperley merchandise and offering a high standard of personal and professional service to customers.
- Maintaining the company standard to maximize sales and minimize loss.
- Ability to be a brand ambassador and represent to brand concept.
- Greeting, serving and advising clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales.
- Ability to be fully conversant with the product range including product alterations, stock availability.
- A basic knowledge of visual merchandising will be acquired.
- Must be aware of the company policy on customer complaints, returns and exchange procedures.
- Handling payments in all forms.
- Registering all relevant transaction details onto the database.
- Must be proficient at creating and updating client files.
Candidates must have previous experience as a luxury Sales Associate, taking pride in representing and promoting luxury products. Must be willing to be fully flexible to varied working hours and able to interact with a variety of customers, speaking another language is desirable.
An established client book that would follow the person is advantageous, with it necessary that applicants are personable, confident and have excellent communication skills.
