If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style please refer to our Return & Exchange Instructions or contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to assist you.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Your replacement item can only be dispatched upon receipt of the returned piece.
  • In order to receive an exchange, the returned item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • Always use our free collection service to exchange items. Returns received via post or other couriers may be rejected.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Kindly note that we can only accept orders returned and exchanged within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions once you have requested a return/exchange within our system or with our Customer Service Team.
