Alice Temperley
I actually wore three dresses on the day that I had made. The main dress that I wore for the ceremony was made out of amazingly fine antique lace that was appliquéd onto a very fine silk georgette. It had a lovely train and a low back with pearl straps crossing over. I had collected the lace for years. I was the sort of young girl that fantasised about her wedding dress… The most important thing on the day was that I felt comfortable and could be myself.
