Constantine Dress

The Constantine style offers a modern silhouette with dramatic effect. The halter neckline and neat fitted bodice is contrasted by the full, frothy tulle paneled skirt with structured tulle underskirts and paired with a silk satin necktie that drapes elegantly down the back of the bodice. Matching satin applique is embroidered around the neckline, to give flattering definition around the collar bone, and the remaining embroidery is a hand guided stitchwork in shades of ivory and oyster with mother of pearl bugle bead embellishment at the centre front bodice. The neckline is accentuated with a draped garland of florals with byzantine graphic elements, lattice work and tromp l’oiel stitch interpretations of bobbin lace details; evocative of renaissance era textiles.
